Rebecca A. Ballard currently clerks for Hon. Robert D. Rucker of the Indiana Supreme Court. She received her B.S. in Microbiology, magna cum laude, from Southwest Texas State University. She earned her J.D., cum laude from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis and her M.A. in Philosophy with concentration in Bioethics from Indiana University. Ms. Ballard sits on the ASTAR-IUPUI Judges Medical School Advisory Board. Ms. Ballard teaches Research on Human and Non-human Subjects.
