The IU School of Law-Indianapolis is located 530 W. New York Street, Indianpolis, IN
in Lawrence W. Inlow Hall, on the IUPUI campus.

Note: The law school building is open M-Th 8am-midnight; F 8am-11pm; S 9am-9pm; & Sunday 11am-midnight. As of January 14, 2008, the building has a new evening access policy. For more info about access to the law school building & library, please review the Inlow Hall Evening Access Policy.

Directions to IU School of Law - Indianapolis

  1. Take the Martin Luther King Jr. Street exit (114) and proceed south to Michigan Street.
  2. Turn right (west) onto Michigan Street (one-way going west) and get into the left-most lane.
  3. Turn left onto California Street (just after the ITCT building).
  4. Turn right into parking lot 83 or cross Vermont Street (see map above) and turn right into lot 85. There are a few metered parking spaces for visitors along the south side of lot 83 and the east side of lot 85.

OR, for temporary parking (loading zone):

  1. Continue to New York Street (stop sign).
  2. Turn left onto W. New York Street (Inlow Hall is on your left).
  3. The second left turn is a pick-up/drop-off drive in front of Inlow Hall. Passengers may be dropped off or picked up at this location, but this area is a loading zone only, there is no hourly parking.

  1. Take the West Street exit (79A) and proceed north.
  2. Turn right onto S. Missouri Street (which becomes West Street as you proceed north).
  3. Turn left onto Vermont Street (just past Inlow Hall & the New York Street intersection - see map above).
  4. Cross California Street (4-way stop) and turn right or left into one of the parking lots.
  5. There are a few metered parking spaces for visitors along the south side of lot 83 (right) and the east side of lot 85 (left).

OR, for temporary parking (loading zone):

  1. Turn left onto California Street and continue to New York Street (stop sign).
  2. Turn left onto W. New York Street (Inlow Hall is on your left).
  3. The second left turn is a pick-up/drop-off drive in front of Inlow Hall. Passengers may be dropped off or picked up at this location, but this area is a loading zone only, there is no hourly parking.

  • Exit onto I-65 North (exit 83B) and follow the directions for 'from the North' above.

  • Take the West Street exit (79A), turn left onto S. Missouri Street (which becomes West Street as you proceed north) and follow the directions starting with #3 for 'from the South' above.


Note: West Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Street are the same street
