Jagtags (Student ID)
You will need to obtain your university ID card, aka your Jagtag. You may get your Jagtag at the Campus Card Services Office in the Campus Center (CE), Room 217. For office hour information, please visit: http://jagtag.iupui.edu.
Parking Permits
Now that you are registered for classes, you may purchase parking permits from IUPUI Parking Services. Please go to their website, http://parking.iupui.edu, for purchasing information. Questions regarding parking issues should be directed to IUPUI Parking Services by phone, 317-274-4232 or by e-mail, parkadmn@iupui.edu.

Registration and Bursar Bills
Registration for 1Ls is almost complete. Please check your OneStart profiles for your schedule. LARC sections will be assigned during Orientation in August. Please be patient if you don’t see your schedule yet; if there is any action required on your part to complete the registration process, the Office of Admissions will contact you.
The Bursar does not mail out paper statements. Once you are registered for classes you may view and pay your bill through OneStart. Bills are generated on the first Tuesday of the month and due on the third Tuesday of the month.
Books
The bookstore is located in the Campus Center (building code CE on the IUPUI campus map). You can also purchase your books through the bookstore’s website: http://iupui.bncollege.com.
To purchase books online, simply fill out the form on the website to get a booklist for each of your courses. Please note: Not all courses have book information available at this time. You will have to keep checking the bookstore’s website over the next few weeks for updated information.
Likewise, if you go to purchase books from the bookstore, not all titles will be in stock at this time. You are encouraged to wait until August 4 to purchase books, as this is when the bookstore plans to have the bulk of titles in stock and on the shelves.
Books will also be available for purchase in the law school’s Atrium in August. The dates for buying books in the Atrium are:
| Thursday, August 21st | 9 am - 5 pm |
| Friday, August 22nd | 9 am - 5 pm |
| Saturday, August 23rd | 9 am - 3 pm |
| Monday, August 25th | 9 am - 6 pm |

Finding a Roommate
If you are interested in sharing living space, please complete this form:
» Roommate Information Form (PDF)
The Admissions Office will not match you with a specific roommate but will make your preferences and contact information available to others who have also submitted this form.
You may also wish to visit the IU Med School’s housing website for additional options: http://msa.iusm.iu.edu/financialaid/housing/
University ID
The majority of University ID numbers have been created for incoming students. For those whose ID numbers have been created, you can set up your network account now for e-mail and OneStart access.
Please set up your account by going to: https://itaccounts.iu.edu/ and following the directions to obtain your username and set your password.
**PLEASE NOTE: ID numbers are sent to you at the e-mail address the Admissions Office has on file for you. However, if you don’t have your ID number on hand, you may obtain your University ID during this process. Simply click continue and follow through to step 7 of the process. Read the instructions in the box to find where you can look up your University ID number. Your University ID number was not on your admissions letter. **
If you encounter problems with your account setup, please contact IT Support at 317-274-4357 or support@iupui.edu.
If you previously attended an IU campus, your ID number and login information should remain the same, but you will need to create a new e-mail address for the IUPUI campus.

Your Obligation to Keep Your Information Current
Please e-mail lawadmit@iupui.edu or write the School of Law Office of Admissions with any change in your current address or contact information so there will not be an interruption in the flow of updates or information from the Office of Admissions or Office of Student Services regarding school in the fall.
In addition, any actions or incidents that have occurred which would change or add to the previously answered questions relating to character and fitness such as traffic violations, misdemeanors, etc. must also be updated. On your law school application, you signed the statement accepting a continuing obligation to maintain the accuracy of the statements made in your application and your obligation to notify the school of any changes to these statements that occur after your admission and during your enrollment as a student of our school. Prior to being certified to sit for the Bar, Bar Examiners may review the information that is contained in your application during their character and fitness investigation. Failure to disclose issues may result in not being certified to sit for the Bar. Failure to disclose may also result in the revocation of your admission and/or your law degree. You have an ongoing obligation to keep your information current, and it is imperative that you do so.

Please remember that we require an official undergraduate transcript showing the conferral of your baccalaureate degree to be sent directly from your undergraduate institution to our office. If you have not already requested this transcript, please do so now. The transcript you sent to LSAC/LSDAS does not fulfill this requirement. We should have transcripts on file by July 1, 2008 if you have already graduated or will graduate in May 2008.
